Working on a retained basis means we will charge a reduced upfront fee to kick off the search. We will operate on an exclusive basis meaning the job will only be filled through our agency. Our team will work very closely with your hiring managers to find the best person for the job. That means we will mine new candidates, screen internal applicants or referrals, as well and any external applicants that may apply. This is a rigorous process screening all available candidates. 2. Contingent Search
Traditional direct hire is still a great option. Contingency search is when the candidate is the bargaining chip. This is commonly referred to as No Win, No Fee. We will launch a recruiting campaign at no cost and give you the chance to review and potentially select our candidate for the position. Our goal is to represent the best candidate or candidates in a quick and efficient process.
3. Rent Our Team
We offer a unique, low cost, recruiter rental plan with a primarily based US team. Our recruiters are trained and come with their own systems, computers, resume databases and are ready to go when you are. This is the most cost efficient model. When you rent our team for a job, they are yours for 30 days to screen all of your applicants and help find new applicants to fill the job quickly. This is a per job model when things get busy or hard to find.
4. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
RPO is still a new concept for many companies, but unanswered questions shouldn’t keep companies from taking the next step. There are several different types of RPO models that we can offer to meet your needs. Here is a quick summary:
All Inclusive RPO – This is a fully outsourced recruitment process. You will have an VP of Operations, Direct Account Manager and possibly multiple recruiters available to help meet your needs. We are responsible for the job from the initial inquiry from the hiring manager, all the way to the final accepted offer letter.
À la carte RPO – You can decide which parts of the recruiting process you would like us to run and oversee. You can choose processes such as pre-screening, reference checks, interviews or candidate offer management.
